Each session is focused on a specific week of the course. Our time together is designed to bring intense focus in order the facilitate shift of prospective, move through emotional blocks and unique challenges that may come up. Those sessions are meant to ease your personal trasnformation while staying accountable and progress smoothly through the "Re-align To Soul Blueprint Course".

What We'll Do...

Together, we'll go through the exercise prompts, biggest take-away for the week, analyse and work through blocks, fears, process difficult emotions and breeze through the transformational healing and mindset shift of the course.

How It's Done...

  • 4 weeks coaching support though the "Re-align To Soul Blueprint" training course.
  • Each session is about 45 - 60 minutes one-to-one call.
  • Sessions are done on the phone, Skype but preferably via zoom in case you want the sessions recorded for future reference.
